As always I am in your corner and am here for you in anyway to help you take heed to your fitness goals. This post is not so much a fact update or sending you informative articles about your progress as a whole in our program but more so about motivation. You guys don’t understand the extreme pleasure I have helping you each individually and in uniform to get you on your path to achieving your goal or actually help you achieve your goal. I know going into the first quarter everything rolls back and your goals and dedication has to he refocused due to the “bandwagoners” that will have their new years resolution kick. Keep focus and maintain your composure through that time and all will be fine. You are the strong and the strong survive the weak minded and fragile crumble and you made that choice to better yourself long before your counterparts dreamt about changing. So pat yourself on the back for staying motivated and committed to your goal. You will always have my commitment to you wither I am in the gym in your presence giving you the workout of your life or if its through motivation through posts. In closing, as always I want you guys to enjoy the success that you are achieving. Enjoy the new body you are sculpting, embrace it, and show and tell people how you got there. The prime factor in your success is the “u” in the center. You make the ultimate decision to achieve or relieve yourself of what you want to do or what you want to think about doing. I have observed a lot of facts and values of things in my 23 years on earth,but their is a common thread in life that drives everything into achievement. It is pretty simple if you really think about it : persistence and consistency is what moves everything. Persistence and consistency might not give you that raise you want at work but it will definitely give you a better playing field for it. Persistence and consistency is the basis in which faith is built on you pray and continue to pray until your higher power acts on the situation. As well as in fitness persistence and consistency propel you to the goal you have for body composition. I just want to stress again the happiness I have for you guys and you being on the right path and the pleasure it has been with me working with you.
